Brand Positioning
In the early stages of our relationship with Four Pillars, we worked with them to establish and develop their branding. We identified their vision, mission and core values, which we then distilled into some guiding principles – ‘With us you’re at home’, ‘Getting the simple things right’ and ‘Culture of care’ – which not only informed the new brand identity but have also formed the backbone for their company ethos.
From the inside out
Having established the new brand, vision, mission and values, it was time to launch the new brand internally. We designed and produced training tools and internal communications, as well as the ‘Night of Stars’ staff awards scheme to ensure that every member of staff was enthused, fully informed and ready to represent the new Four Pillars brand. We also ensured that a consistent tone of voice and language was used throughout the group.

Our sales driven approach to online marketing has really paid off for Four Pillars. With particular attention to
search engine optimisation, the content management system has enabled them to take control of their
hotel website and
email marketing, deliver promotions quickly and effectively, drive sales and collect vital customer data.
