This key customer group provide a high proportion of Four Pillars' revenue, so it was crucial that we provided a distinctive solution which would stand out from the competition.
We proposed and created an online hub, which would form a platform for all ongoing communications. The stylish new microsite featuring sales rewards, news, offers and competitions, is designed to build strong relationships, maintain dialogue and increase loyalty between Four Pillars and agents.
The integrated launch campaign consisted of a mail pack sent to selected agents, support material for the sales reps and promotional items such as posters and mugs.
The site is already proving popular with agents. Within two weeks of the site being launched, 15% of the agents contacted had signed up and the numbers are continuing to rise steadily.
